The Art of Entertaining can sometimes be really overwhelming especially when you realize that the day before or even worse on the actual day of your “lime” there are literally a million and one things to do and you don’t seem to have enough time to bring it all together. But not to worry because BASIA is coming to the rescue with three quick and easy recipes that make it look like you spent the entire day in the kitchen… but we know better… smile!
In this issue I would like to share three simple recipes that have been inspired by our Caribbean flavors. In the recipe below, recreate our Thai Chicken Sate by adding a little jerk flavour to spice up our chicken, and fuse it with a sweet and sour tamarind sauce.
