Barbadian national and graduate of Berkeley College, Arturo Tappin is indeed the ”Saxiest man the Caribbean has to offer”. With all he has accomplished, not to mention his good looks, he could easily be haughty, self-centered and arrogant. Who would think that this soft-spoken gentleman has among his accomplishments the honour of playing before Presidents! Presidents such as: Bill Clinton and Barack Obama of the United States, Michelle Bachelet of Chile and Fidel Castro of Cuba.
