Below are a few pointers YOU SHOULD DO during chemotherapy

  • Massage your entire body regularly with tumour shrinking oils like, sandalwood, almond, frankincense
  • Love making- apart from sex, your partner can massage your legs and hands and back with recommended massage oils
  • Light Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Journalizing
  • Walking
  • Immune booster supplement recommended by your oncologists
  • Vit D with calcium caltrate
  • Gaggle with 8 ozs of warm water, ¼ tsp of baking soda, ¼ tsp of sea salt
  • Reflexology or acupuncture help patients to cope more effectively treatment
  • Use vegetable wash or baking soda and water to wash all vegetables before use
  • Alkaline water- this can be using lemon in water or a teaspoon of Braggs organic apple cider vinegar in 8 ozs of warm water.
  • Popcorn during nausea
  • Micro waved baked potato during nausea
  • Fish
  • Lentils
  • Curry Roti
  • Alkaline Diet
  • Crix crackers
  • Blue agave nectar as a sweetener to replace sugar
  • Peppermint and ginger tea
  • Sugarless gums, especially those with a citrus flavour, can increase saliva formation
